How to use
How to Format Text
There are two main ways to work:
1. Writing text here. When it is convenient to format only selected words: select the text you want to format then press the corresponding format button
2. Writing all text in another place, formatting only needed parts of the text here. When you paste the text here, press the button to apply the desired format, then copy the formatted text back to where you are writing
To remove a format, select the formatted text and click the corresponding button. You can also remove the format from the entire text by clicking the button without selecting any text
To remove all formats from the text, click the "Clear Formatting" button. You can also select formatted text and press the "Clear Formatting" button to clear the format only on the selected text.
How to Undo/Redo Changes
To undo changes, press the "Undo" button. To redo changes, press the "Redo" button. There are up to 100 steps in the history
How to Paste Text into a LinkedIn Post
To paste the text into a post or comment on LinkedIn, click the "Copy to clipboard" button, then click the field where you want to paste the text and paste it by pressing Ctrl+V (⌘+V on Mac) or right-click and select Paste
How to Delete Text
To delete the text, click the trash can icon
Shortcuts
To undo changes, press "Ctrl+Z" or "⌘+Z" on Mac
To redo changes, press "Ctrl+Y" or "⌘+Y" on Mac
To toggle bold formatting, press "Ctrl+B" or "⌘+B" on Mac
To toggle italic formatting, press "Ctrl+I" or "⌘+I" on Mac
To toggle monospace formatting, press "Ctrl+M" or "⌘+M" on Mac
Text Saving
All changes you make are stored in your browser. You can safely close the extension, close the browser, and return here again - the text will be waiting for you until you delete it manually or remove the extension
